Better late than never but I’ve added Charlize’s interview from Jimmy Kimmel Live from last week to the Video section. I’ve also added screencaps to the gallery. She is wearing this rather (too) short dress. Enjoy!

South African-born actress became a U.S. citizen in 2007 and now she loves the holidays and makes the most of them every year.
But she admits she and boyfriend Stuart Townsend were shocked by the amount of people who opted to spend Thanksgiving Day with them instead of with their own families.
The Monster star explains, ‘I did this thing where my boyfriend and I kind of made this list of people that we love… and we thought, ‘Y’know, it’s Thanksgiving and people will go and be with their families… Half of these people won’t say yes.’ They’re all coming to my house.’
But Theron is prepared – she’s cooking two turkeys with all the trimmings and she’s using her guests as guinea-pigs for a few new recipes.
She adds, ‘I’m gonna make some jalapeno cornbread for the first time this year… and this lovely bartender gave us a shot of tequila and it was really yummy and he told me that he infuses it with watermelon and pineapple and berries; it takes the edge of it… so I’m doing that.’

Charlize is featured in next months cover of Marie Claire Russia. The magazine used the Alexi Lubomirski photoshoot which is a good choice, in my opinion. I’ve added HQ scans in the gallery.
According to a report in The Sunday Tribune, Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron will be spending lots of time in Ireland next year, as she’s down to play the lead female role in the film version of the Sebastian Barry novel “The Secret Scripture.”
The paper says that the prolific Irish producer Noel Pearson is on board for the project, and is trying to line up the British actor Alan Rickman for one of the other main characters.
Theron will play Roseanne McNulty, a 100-year-old mental patient who decides to write an autobiography, and she’ll age back in time for the role.
The Tribune didn’t say when filming will start, but Theron will likely be spending part of next summer in Australia shooting a sequel to the “Mad Max” franchise popularized by Irish-American actor Mel Gibson way back when. She’s pretty much confirmed to play the female lead in the film, titled “Fury Road,” but Gibson has nixed another appearance.
No doubt Charlize will be accompanied by her longtime boyfriend, Dublin-born actor and writer Stuart Townsend. The couple is based in L.A. and still going strong after more than eight years together, but insist that wedded bliss ain’t happening until marriage rights are extended to gays and lesbians across the country.

CHARLIZE Theron is no lady!
The Battle in Seattle actress says she farts like a guy and swears like a sailor.
“[I'm] not pretending to be a lady,” she said. “I can fart as loud as the next guy and have a filthy mouth.”
The star, 34, recently revealed that she hates being called a “movie star”.
“When somebody calls me a movie star, I worry a bit,” she said. “It used to be about the work, but now it means you show up at the Oscars and look good.”
Theron — who was born in South Africa, but moved to New York as a teenager — says she decided to become an actress after her dancing dreams were shattered when her knee “blew out”.
“My mother said: ‘You can go back to South Africa and carry on sulking, or go to Hollywood. And you always liked movies’.
“The whole model-turned-actress thing doesn’t have a good track record.
“Today, younger girls are addicted to the fame, but that is not me. I keep all that stuff private.”

This was news to his glamorous co-star, Charlize Theron, who is herself no stranger to roughing it. However, she was still surprised to hear the news of Mortensen’s method.
Theron told reporters, “What?! I didn’t hear that. I was only there for three days! Even if I didn’t shower for three days, that’s not that bad, right? Compared to an entire film!”

Based on the Cormac McCarthy tale of a widower (Viggo) and his son (Kodi Smit-McPhee), the movie follows the two as they struggle to survive in a post-apocalyptic world. Viggo, who was honored by the AFI at the event, said of his young co-star, “I felt such affection for the boy who I didn’t know before this. Now he is like my son.”
Reflecting on what he gained by portraying this role, Viggo said, “I think telling the story made me value just being alive and having family members who are alive, having friends. It’s a simple thing, really, but it’s like in any work of art, great painting, piece of music, a movie, that in the end tells you something that you already knew…A movie that tells you that and earns that like this one does, it’s worth its weight in gold.”
Charlize, who plays his deceased wife, said she “really responded to the book.” It “made me realize that even given the worst case scenario, that there’s great hope in us as human people and we can’t forget that,” said the actress.
‘The Road’ opens in theaters on November 25.
